PRETORIUM TRUST PROFILEThe Civil Servants Mutual Aid was established as a buying association during 1938 with its prime objective to negotiate discounts for its members on their consumer spending at shops. The discounts negotiated were then reimbursed to members in the form of a cash bonus on their annual consumer spending.
